IMARK Canada has appointed Jennifer Eastman to the position of president, IMARK Canada, effective Jan. 2, 2024.
The IMARK Canada Board of Directors considered and interviewed many qualified candidates. Eastman was selected based on her vast and varied knowledge of both the electrical wholesaling and manufacturing industries. Her career spans more than 35 years in senior leadership positions with companies such as Legrand Wattstopper, Philips/Signify Lighting, RC Lighting, CSC Lighting and Brady Canada.
“Jennifer has an excellent reputation for building strong relationships and collaborating with colleagues,” said Jerry Knight, IMARK Electrical. “She has extensive knowledge of the electrical wholesaling industry. We are confident that she will lead IMARK Canada to even greater heights.”
Eastman has a passion to support the leading independent electrical distributors in Canada as they engage in productive relationships with the nation’s leading manufacturers.
“I am very excited to be joining IMARK Canada,” Eastman said. “I have had the honor of working with many IMARK Canada members throughout my career and look forward to expanding those relationships and fostering new ones. It is rewarding to be able to drive growth strategies with both the distributor and manufacturer communities.”
Jim Taggart, Eastman’s predecessor as IMARK Canada president, will be available to support her as she embarks upon her new position.
