Over the years, IMARK Electrical has facilitated hundreds of networking sessions for member owners and senior executives.
Before the pandemic, we often heard people say that their networking group was the most beneficial part of the meeting. The opportunity to share best practices, gather new ideas and identify solutions to common challenges can have a positive and material impact on a company.
Historically, the opportunity to participate in structured networking groups has been limited to IMARK Electrical member business owners and senior management.
That is about to change.
IMARK Electrical has teamed up with The Distribution Team to provide a virtual networking platform for a wide variety of member executives including:
- Credit and Receivables Managers
- Finance Managers
- HR Managers
- IT Managers
- Marketing Professionals
- Operations Managers
- Outside Sales Managers
- Purchasing Managers
- Showroom Managers
- Training Managers
- Webstore Managers
- All networking groups consist of no more than 17 executives who work in the electrical, plumbing and HVACR distribution industries. Care is taken to avoid competitive conflicts in each networking group.
- All meetings are conducted via the Zoom platform.
- Meetings are held once a month for one hour and are pre-scheduled months in advance to aid participant planning purposes.
- In between meetings, all participants have access to a virtual Community Platform—24-hour access to an online network where peer execs can share questions and resources between meetings.
